SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is a universal test that has been recognized internationally to determine how prepared a student is for the intake of university and college, primarily in America and other places around the world.

Types of SAT Tests

1. SAT Reasoning Test
   The SAT Reasoning Test tests students in three general areas: Critical Reading, Math, and Writing. The test tries to measure the critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving ability, and communication skill that form the basis of college academic success.
   Test Time: 3 hours 45 minutes
   Question Type: Multiple-choice with a 25-minute essay supplement
   Grading: All sections marked 200-800, with special sub-scores for the essay and multiple-choice sections.
   Test Structure: The SAT consists of 10 sections, which are:
   A 25-minute essay (first section)
   Eight multiple-choice sections on reading, math, and writing
   A tenth 10-minute writing section
2. SAT Subject TestsSAT Subject Tests are one-hour, multiple-choice tests that test the knowledge of a student in a particular subject of study such as English, History, Mathematics, Science, and Foreign Languages.
   Purpose:
   Demonstrate mastery in a specific subject
   Improve college applications to highly competitive courses
   Assist universities with course placement
